What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes, Tolavita now offers easy exchanges. You can exchange your item for the same item in another size seamlessly, or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice.
We offer two options for the exchange:
1.If the size fit is not to your liking and you wish to exchange, you can get a new size or a completely different item design (within the same price of the original item purchased or less) by simply paying USD 45 per item to be exchanged. No need to return the wrong fitted item to us! You can keep it or donate it to anyone in need you may know or to your local masjid.
We will ship the new item(s) to you once the payment is received.
If you wish to proceed with this option, please reply to this email with your confirmation to go with the first option; Kindly mention your desired size(s) and design(s) you wish to exchange. An invoice will be generated and a payment link will be sent to you. Once paid, your exchange order will be created automatically.
2.If you still wish to send the items back, please follow the steps below:

What if I received a damaged or defective product?
We offer 100% money back guarantee on all of our products! If your product is not 100% perfect we will offer you a full refund or replacement. We can ship you a new product at no additional cost to you. You can email our Customer Care team at any time at info@tolavita.com.
Do you offer a product quality guarantee even after I wear the item?
Yes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your items even after you've worn them. We guarantee our products will last with the proper care. If your product rips, tears or breaks we will gladly replace it at no cost. You can email our Customer Care team at any time at info@tolavita.com.
Custom Made Orders
A client holds full responsibility for providing correct measurements to TOLAVITA Team. In case of a custom-made item return, the client shall bear the costs of delivery and 50% of the item (s) price.
